AirMusic Control App can't connect to device

AirMusic Control App can't connect to device

AirMusic Control is designed to control internet radio device, please make sure AirMusic Control support be marked in the radio manual.


If you cannot connect to device, please check Wi-Fi of your radio and smartphone are the same, then reboot the device and make sure the device network status is connected not in standby mode.

Because app and device are connected by internet, if you want to control device in standby mode, for keep Wi-Fi connection, we suggest that you could go to "Configuration" → "Weather", set "Show on Standby" on, thus Wi-Fi will keep connection. If you are using any VPN app, please disconnect the VPN while using our app, otherwise the app will not be able to operate the device properly.

If it doesn't work, please send us your version number, then we can do further check for you.

Here's how you can get your version number, on the menu of internet radio, select :

Information Center → System Information → Version

Or
Configuration → Device → System Information → Version
(For Example :
 XX000005A-a302-a519-a116-b309).
